What are the payment options?
All payments can be made directly on our website. I accept payments from all major credit cards. Payments can also be processed through PayPal for insurance purposes. Cashapp can be accepted by request only.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are handmade and for sanitation purposes due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive the wrong item, take a picture when received and email us for a replacement.
What are the shipping methods?
Magnolia Blends ships via USPS . Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days after receipt of your order paid in full.
Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. Expect package within 5-7 business days.
Magnolia Blends, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
